Information involved in a visit

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP addresses, request details and server logs. We do not operate a visitor account or a newsletter signup form on this site. If you email us, the mailbox service processes the address, message and attachments you choose to send.

Optional website measurement

With your permission, this site loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. These services can process page visits, device/browser information, advertising identifiers where available and clicks on our partner links. The current partner-click events distinguish Systeme.io and GetResponse. A recorded outbound click does not tell us that you bought a product.

Google measurement storage defaults to denied until you choose “Allow measurement.” Ad personalisation remains off in this site's consent configuration. Selecting “Essential only” leaves Google measurement unloaded by our implementation. Your choice is saved in browser local storage under funnelbrief_measurement_v1 for up to 180 days. You may need to choose again after changing browsers or clearing storage.

Change your choice

Use the “Cookie preferences” button available on every page. Withdrawing permission updates the saved choice, removes recognised Google measurement cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page so Google measurement is no longer loaded by this implementation. Affiliate links and vendor sites

Some links send you to software vendors through an affiliate programme. Following one may allow that vendor or its programme provider to associate a later qualifying purchase with our referral. Their cookies, account data, checkout and privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Use and sharing

We use site information to operate and protect the website, understand permitted measurement, evaluate relevant partner-link activity and answer messages. Hosting, mailbox and measurement providers process information for those purposes. We do not claim that email enquiries are anonymous, and we do not deliberately collect payment details or sensitive personal information through a website form.

Retention and your requests

Different providers control their own technical and service retention. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry and related administrative matters rather than promising one universal deletion period. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you provided by contacting us. Applicable rights depend on your location; we may need proportionate information to understand and verify a request.

International processing and children

Providers may process information in other countries under their service arrangements. This site is intended for people evaluating business software, not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe personal information from a child was sent to this site.

Updates

We may revise this policy when the website or its measurement changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes should be reflected in the notice and consent implementation where appropriate.
